The Transit of Mercury will be visible for a least several hours from the UK & Europe.
Mercury’s path in front of the Sun is almost a horizontal line, but the angle from where we observe the Sun from Earth; makes it look it passes in a curve, if you miss it, the next one will be on Monday 11th November 2019.
