Venus and Uranus are just over 1º apart in the morning twilight.
Venus (Magnitude: -3.9 ~ very bright) will be easy to spot by naked-eye but Uranus (Magnitude: +6) will be struggle -Â north of Venus, and it should show up through from 10×50 binoculars shortly after the pair rises if you have a clear sky and an unobstructed eastern horizon.
