Neo-Clouds
I call it Neo-Clouds as noctilucent cloud (NLC) that a cloud at very high altitude (average 50 miles) in Earth’s atmosphere, visible this month June, in the summer at twilight hours, around from 11pm to 1am.
Noctilucent means `night-shining` from latitudes between 50 degrees and 70 degrees.
