The Winter Triangle
This heavenly equilateral triangle is a landmark of the winter night sky and is formed by our brightest night sky star, Sirius in the constellation of Canis Major (The Greater Dog), the giant star, Betelgeuse in the constellation of Orion (The Hunter), and the brightest star in constellation of Canis Minor (The Lesser Dog), Procyon.
